Everyone remembers Megan and Phillip from their engagement shoot a while back that was so much fun. I had the honor of going out to their hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico to photograph their beautiful wedding. I did not realize how amazing that part of the country was. I am used to going to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, so I was pleasantly surprised to see such beautiful mountains in Albuquerque. The weather was great! We had a storm scare moments before the ceremony, but everyones prayers pushed the rain clouds right around the chapel. Speaking of chapel, this one was incredible! It is sitting on the grounds of Hotel Albuquerque and was built in the 18th century! If I were to build my own chapel, it would probably look very similar. It was really great!
I want to say thank you to all the bridesmaids for being so fun and creating such great moments to capture. The groomsmen were way cool too. Megan and Phillip, you both looked stunning on your day and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for bringing me out to your parts. I want to come back soon! (hint hint to the bridesmaids) Your wedding was so full of true emotion. I have not been to a wedding in a while where everyone seemed so emotionally involved. I loved that Phillip's dad cried (sobbed) when he was trying to get the words out to unite you both officially (see photo below). Everyone that attended your wedding was blessed by being a part. Congratulations to you both!
